2. Web Hosts found to violate the Approved Host bylaws will be removed from the site.

3. Guaranteed Hosting complaints are forwarded to inside representatives at the web host in question. Should you ever need help in resolving an issue, simply fill out our easy to use form. Once verified, your request is sent directly to our inside contact.

Note: The Guaranteed Host program is limited to current customers who signed up through the FindMyHost website. All current customers must use the usual methods of problem resolution. FindMyHost is considered the last resort and we can not guarantee your issue will be resolved. FindMyHost does Guarantee we will forward your issue to our inside contact and that we will follow up in 5 business days to ensure your issue was addressed.
